Filming schedule: The filming schedule must be confirmed at least one-week prior to the shoot.
Notification of any changes in schedule or location must be made in a timely manner and
confirmation of receipt must be obtained from a Tribal Films representative by the client.

Copyright Law: The copyright of videos remains with Tribal Films except otherwise stated.

Cancellation Policy: In the event of the client cancelling the shoot for whatever reason, the
booking fee is non-refundable. It will be considered as liquidated damages to the videographer. In the event where the client has booked but hasn’t paid any fees yet, the client is liable to pay full cost for any booked day(s) as well as equipment costs if they cancel for whatever reason.
